Permitted and prohibited conduct

Deposits, withdrawals, and payment methods
91 Lottery accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Indian payment instruments, including PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), BHIM UPI, Paytm, and standard net-banking transfers. All transactions are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR). Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 business hours, subject to identity verification and compliance checks. 91 Lottery does not accept cash transactions, cryptocurrency, or payments routed through unverified third-party wallets. You are solely responsible for any transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Intellectual property
Ownership of site content
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, game mechanics, and software, is the exclusive property of 91 Lottery or its licensed content suppliers and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India), the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Limited licence to users

Limitation of liability

The Site and all content, services, and features available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 91 Lottery does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Results displayed on the Site are subject to technical verification; in the event of a discrepancy between the Site display and official draw records, the official draw records shall prevail in all cases.
Cap on liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable Indian law, 91 Lottery's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 91 Lottery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Force majeure
91 Lottery shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, internet or telecommunications outages, cyberattacks, banking system failures, or changes in applicable law. In such events, 91 Lottery will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users and restore normal service as promptly as practicable.
